Make a payment for one utility account

Here’s how to pay your utility bill online:

  1. Log in. On your account homepage, select the Pay My Bill button.
  2. If you already have a payment method, you’ll see the Pay My Bill page. (If you do not have a payment method, you will be prompted to add one. For help, see Set up a payment method)
  3. On the Pay My Bill page, click in the Payment date field to select a payment date.
  4. Select a payment method using the drop down list. (View payment methods lets you switch, add, edit, or delete payment methods.)
  5. Enter the payment amount. Do not enter a dollar sign. You may make a partial payment; however, you must pay in full by the due date to avoid late charges.
  6. Select the Next button.
  7. Enter any charitable donations you would like to make.
  8. Select the Next button.
  9. Confirm your payment information is correct and select the Submit Payment button.

Your payment will be posted within two business days.
